1964	In 1964 CONFIDA Trust and Auditing Company Limited was formed, which since then has offered services in the fields of auditing, taxation, corporate governance, trust, management, real estate and asset management.
2014	In 2014 the fields of auditing and consulting are separated from CONFIDA Trust and Auditing Company Limited and transferred to the newly founded CONFIDA Auditing Company Limited. Since its formation CONFIDA Auditing Company Limited has been a separate and independent company. It has a license from the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA), Vaduz, for exercising activities as a statutory and regulatory auditor under the Liechtenstein Act on Auditors and Auditing Companies and is registered with the FMA. In addition, CONFIDA Auditing Company Limited is a member of the Liechtenstein Association of Auditors (WPV). In order to service companies in Switzerland, CONFIDA Auditing Company Limited established a subsidiary in Switzerland, Real Treuhand- und Revisions-Aktiengesellschaft, which has a license as an audit expert from the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA).
